Training Costs

SESSION PRICING

All session pricing is based on a 1-hour single session rate of $75. Zone charge may apply depending on your distance from our central location.

To make training affordable, discounts are available for packaged sessions and additional persons. Please contact us for discount information.

On all packages of 16 sessions or greater, “installment payments” can be made in 8-session increments.

A weight management course can be added to the below programs.

Go into further detail about exercise technique, kinesiology and exercise physiology. You’ll learn everything from hand and body placement to special core movements for warm-up routines to enhance your workouts.Your 8-Week Fast Track will include:

  • 16-personal training sessions
  • 3-fitness evaluations, before – midway – end
  • 1-exercise update/changes to your exercise regimen
  • A customized fitness regimen folder to follow and continue your progress
  • Discounts on supplements and skin care products during training period

12-Week Success Plan - $1440
You’ve made up your mind. You want to go for it all. You have a goal and you plan to achieve it. This is a no-nonsense hands-on approach to achieving your fitness goals. It is designed to ensure your commitment level stays strong in order to meet with personal success. Your "Trainer to You” trainer will guide you through every step, beginning to end. Your 12-Week Success Plan will include:

  • 24-personal training sessions
  • 4-fitness evaluations to monitor progress
  • 2-exercise updates/changes to your exercise regimen
  • A complete fitness regimen profile folder for reference and maintenance
  • Discounts on supplements and skin care products during training period
  • Lifetime discount on additional training purchases
