Aquatic Private Training

OVERVIEW

A 45-55 minute full body workout using resistance from water, water bottles and Aqua Belts. Sessions consist of a warm up, moderate intensity strength and cardio session, including a core workout, and a cool down.

WHAT YOU NEED

Bring or wear a T-shirt and shorts, or swimsuit, or tracksuit bottoms, and two bottles of water. We supply the Aqua Belts and the expertise.

COSTS

All session pricing is based on a 1-hour single session rate of $75. Zone charge may apply depending on your distance from our central location.

To make training affordable, discounts are available for packaged sessions and additional persons. Please contact us for discount information.
