Aquatic Private Training
OVERVIEW
A 45-55 minute full body workout using resistance
from water, water bottles and Aqua Belts. Sessions consist of
a warm up, moderate intensity strength and cardio session, including
a core workout, and a cool down.
WHAT YOU NEED
Bring or wear a T-shirt and shorts, or swimsuit,
or tracksuit bottoms, and two bottles of water. We supply the
Aqua Belts and the expertise.
COSTS

All session pricing is based
on a 1-hour single session rate of $75. Zone charge may apply
depending on your distance from our central location.
To make training affordable,
discounts are available for packaged sessions and additional persons.
