Aquatic Private Training
Aquatic training is no longer your grandmother’s
water aerobics class!
It has evolved into a challenging, comprehensive
fitness program, encompassing all aspects of physical fitness:
muscular strength and endurance, aerobic training, and flexibility.
WHY WORK OUT IN WATER?
Each movement performed in the water is against
resistance – many times the resistance of air - which strengthens
muscles and burns calories.
One hour of training in the water can burn
400-500 calories, so it provides serious training, yet is easy
on the joints.
HOW IT WORKS
With the help of our Aqua Belts, which keep you
upright in the water, you are able to tread, walk and jog in the
deep water, as well as working out in the shallow end. Sessions
last 55 minutes.
Trainer to You offers both
private and small group aquatic fitness training in your home
pool or your community pool. Whether you are an athlete desiring
to cross-train, an individual wanting to lose weight and firm
muscles, or someone who is working on post-rehabilitation, we
can tailor a fun, balanced program for you.
